How does it work?

The first stage is to book in for a site visit where one of our friendly team members will discuss your requirements in full, explore the different options available and provide you with a free written quotation.

The site visit also provides us with an opportunity to ask and assess some key questions when planning your move to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key questions might include:

• Is there easy access to the premises?
• Do we require special access to any hard or out of reach places?
• How can we carry out this move while adhering to health and safety practices?

Once you are happy with the quotation and are agreed on a price we will then proceed to draw up a detailed schedule of each aspect of your move to ensure a smooth, professional move on the day.

A move manager will be assigned to you to ensure a consistent point of contact throughout the process and in the unlikely event anything goes amiss you will have someone to turn to.

Our staff will make a detailed record of the contents of each packing case to ensure all boxes are placed in the correct places on arrival at your new premises.

Need more storage space?

Downsizing office or need more time to work out the dynamics of your new premises? If you need more storage space in the mean time we can also assist you with our range of purpose built storage containers at our site in Colchester.

We also maintain a records management service which keeps your archive and document files clean and secure in a temperature controlled, dust-free container. Given the legal requirement to keep tax related files for seven years, this service is ideal for firms with limited office space.
