The town enjoys reliable commuter connections for those wanting to reside in the countryside but commute to the large cities of Norwich or Cambridge for work by rail.
This is set to be complemented by an £18m enhancement to the road links between the A11 London Road to ease congestion and further bolster the town’s credentials.
