The most desirable and expensive properties overlook the sea. The ‘Greensward’ from the esplanade and the seafront is still lined by many Victorian-style beach huts which can fetch up to £20,000.

Another area to look at is nearby Walton-on-the-Naze. The area does not carry the same prestige as Frinton but there are some more affordable Victorian houses on the market.
Schools in Frinton-on-Sea

There is also another local primary school close by in neighbouring Walton-on-the-Naze.

Frinton-on-Sea has lots of leisure activities with its own Yacht club, lawn tennis courts and prestigious golf club.
There is plenty of green open spaces to choose from. Picnicking on the Greensward is a popular local activity.
Frinton also boasts an extensive arts programme. This includes a Summer Theatre season at the McGrigor Hall in July and a small literary festival in October.
Connaught Avenue in the town centre is nicknamed the ‘Bond Street’ of East Anglia and is home to Frinton’s first and only pub, the Lock & Barrell.
