Harlow has plenty of excellent colleges including Harlow College. A sixth form and further education provider which offers a range of vocational courses for school leavers. It also offers degree courses in the university centre as well as apprenticeships and adult courses.
Harlow is the entertainment centre of Essex with no shortage of activities on offer. From heart-raising nights out at the greyhound track to cabaret performances at the local theatre.
Harlow’s town centre plays an important role as a key shopping and leisure location. Almost completely free of roads within the shopping areas, the centre has the first ever pedestrian thoroughfare in the country, as well as an indoor mall.
